His career began inside two of the world's most respected professional services firms, PwC and Deloitte, where he developed deep expertise in accounting, tax strategy, and financial operations.
After years of working closely with business owners and nonprofit leaders, he saw the same patterns behind growth: disorganized financial structure, reactive tax planning, and operational complexity that scaled faster than the systems supporting it.
